Neill is an experienced leader in building and facilitating conferences for an array of sectors and industries by maintaining equitable opportunities for powerful learning and interactive communication from beginning to end.
In her new role, Neill will research, write and deliver high quality and innovative agendas for a program of worldwide events, identifying and recruiting appropriate speakers at the same time as ensuring the marketability and commercial viability of each program.
Neill joins the global team responsible for the delivery of Licensing Expo, Brand Licensing Europe, License Global and the Brand Licensing & Innovation Summit conference series. These events take place in Europe and the Americas and range from 300 person conferences to tradeshows with 16,000 attendees.
License Global’s newly-launched webinar series, License Global Live, which launched March 28 and delivered nearly 1,000 registrants.
Furthermore, Neill will work closely with operations and event management on delivery through on-site execution of the conferences and event programs, focusing on exceptional customer standards. She will deliver a forward schedule of commercially viable programs and aid in expanding the portfolio, working with the senior management team to grow and enhance the product and service offering across the portfolio.
Neill spent much of her career in events and marketing. As a former Conference Director, she was instrumental in developing and strategizing concepts and bringing them into reality as new learning experiences. Allison helped to build and strengthen relationships with customers and organizations through a number of signature conferences and networking events. She recently earned her Project Management Professional certificate.
