Firefly Brand Management has promoted Pamela Harris to serve as the agency’s vice president.

In her new position, Harris will continue to develop and direct the sales and licensing programs for clients including Zoltar, Bob Ross, Jimi Hendrix, Digital Underground, Pink’s Hot Dogs, Laura Marano, Laura Ashley, Mary Blair, Chuck E. Cheese’s, Legends Football League and Endemol Shine North America’s entertainment properties “Fear Factor,” “Wipe Out” and “Deal or No Deal,” among many others.

Previously, Harris served as executive director of licensing. During her tenure, she solicited and negotiated domestic and worldwide licenses for both hard and soft lines in all categories. She has also been responsible for identifying, evaluating and acquiring new properties and developing existing properties.

Before joining Firefly in 2013, Harris spent more than 20 years working in the entertainment industry, holding management positions at companies such as Paramount Pictures, Hearst Entertainment, Sony Signatures, Lorimar-Telepictures and Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation. She has also served two terms as LIMA’s West Coast regional representative.
