Goldman will create his first full-course menu that includes appetizers, entrees, desserts and more that are inspired by Kellogg’s cereal portfolio and the fall season.

Menu items will feature flavors such as maple, apple and cinnamon. Guests can also be treated to a sneak peek at limited-edition cereal including Pumpkin Spice Frosted Flakes.

"When it comes to creativity, the sky is the limit when exploring exciting, new ways to play with Kellogg's cereal," says Goldman. "It was so fun to get out of my comfort zone and discover the endless possibilities of cereal–hopefully my creations will inspire everyone to experiment in their kitchens."

A cereal bowl designed by Goldman will also be available for a limited time.

Proceeds from the “pay what you want” event will benefit No Kid Hungry, a campaign to end childhood hunger in America.

Goldman’s residency is set to take place Sept. 12 and Sept. 13 at Kellogg’s Café in New York City.

Reservations are available on OpenTable.com and the “OpenTable” app.
