Partnering with publishing company Insight Editions, brand owner Diageo and licensing representatives Beanstalk have created The Official Guinness Cookbook, which is now available on Amazon.com.
The Official Guinness Cookbook features several creative recipes using the iconic stout, from savory braised short ribs to traditional Irish soda bread and cheesecake brownies, to pairing suggestions for certain dishes.
The cookbook also acts as an official guide to the history of Guinness, which today sells over 10 million glasses every day.
