Honoring A&P’s roots in the coffee and tea business, ALB has plans to extend into tea bags, ground coffee, k-cups, loose tea, coffee, fresh and frozen seafood and other items.

The line will use vintage logos and will target middle-income earners ages 30 and over.

The Waldbaum’s program will draw on its legacy as a Jewish New York market and on an old East Coast style aesthetic.

Potential categories include cakes, bread, prepared seafood and more.
