Cherokee Group has acquired the Liz Lange Maternity and Completely Me brands from LLM Management, an affiliate of Bluestar Alliance.

The Liz Lange Maternity brand, available exclusively at Target, is credited with revolutionizing maternity wear by providing pregnant women stylish clothing for the first time and is one of the most recognized maternity brands in North America.

The acquisition also includes the Completely Me by Liz Lange sportswear brand, which was launched in 2010 in an exclusive partnership with the Home Shopping Network in the U.S. and The Shopping Channel in Canada.
