An animated Popeye commercial for Mama Lucchetti pasta has won an Effie Award as the most effective commercial in its category. 

Madre Buenos Aires (the Latin American arm of U.K. independent advertising agency Mother) enlisted the health icon to tout the nutritional values of the pasta line, in a deal brokered by brand owner King Features’ LatAm agent, Licensing & Promotions Latin America.
