25 companies have signed on to expand the classic character’s presence worldwide.
GLOBAL– Paws, Inc., licensor of the Garfield property and associated characters, has tapped 25 licensees to create new Garfield merchandise and campaigns across the globe.
Joining the Garfield licensing program are:

Animoca Brands for a mobile app featuring Garfield.
Freeze Tag for augmented reality software for mobile and tablets.
MBI for plush toys, dolls and puppets in the U.K., Eire, U.S. and Canada.
Mino Games for an app featuring Garfield and friends as collectible characters.
Poptacular for an image pack featuring Garfield and friends for use within applications.
Shoal Games for content such as short videos, jigsaw puzzles, coloring books, activities, games and more for the application “Rooplay.”
Toonhound Studios for collectible pins and other novelty items.
North America
MJC International for sleepwear, loungewear and underwear in the U.S.
EMEA
Fred & Ginger for pet advent carriers in the U.K. and Eire.
Grupul Editorial Art for compilation book titles in Moldova and Romania.
Immediate Media Company London for publishing in the U.K. and Eire.
Lavigne for a 2019 calendar in banking board format for France.
Mark Events for costume appearances in Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands.
