Bulls Licensing, is showcasing the Moomin brand this week at Brand Licensing Europe, which it has represented for syndication, publishing and merchandising since the 1950s.
The very first licensed Moomin products were brought to market in 1952 and in 1957 Arabia Finland began the production of porcelain, hand-painted mugs from Tove Jansson. To this day more than 1 million Moomin mugs are sold every year.
