Character’s house on display for the first time ever outside of Russia.

Russian cartoon “Masha and the Bear” has opened the doors of Bear’s home to Italian kids at designer retail outlet McArthur Glen Serravalle in Milan, Italy.

The deal was brokered by Maurizio Distefano Licensing, the brand's Italian licensing agent.

The Bear’s House exhibition opened last month and will remain open through March.

The exhibit features items from the character’s home including Bear’s chair, games, books, licensed product from the show and more. Additionally, a television will broadcast episodes of “Masha and the Bear” to visitors.

This is the first time the house has been on show at any venue outside Russia.

“This wonderfully designed attraction has brought to life one of the most popular characters in modern children’s TV animation,” says Maurizio Distefano, founder and director, Maurizio Distefano Licensing. “We’re looking forward to a continued high demand as many more kids visit the Bear’s House during the holiday season.”
