Fashion Comics, a project originated by creative talent Alessandro Enriquez, in collaboration with Pitti Bimbo, CPLG Italy and Mercis, has tapped a host of fashion houses to create a series of Miffy children’s apparel.

Labels like Il Gufo, Monnalisa, Ice Iceberg, Twinset Simona Barbieri, Ermanno Scervino Junior, N°21, Sarabanda, Mimisol Imelde Bronzieri and La Stupenderia have each created an exclusive design for the Miffy plush toys. These designs were then auctioned off on the international platform CharityStars on April 14 for two weeks.

The outfits for Miffy were also featured on special edition t-shirts, a preview of which was shown during the 83rd Pitti Bimbo show at Fortezza da Basso, and now on sale in top international department stores. The t-shirts designed by Il Gufo for Miffy are also now available in stores in Milan, Rome, New York, Paris and online at shop.ilgufo.it.

Part of the proceeds from the two projects will be donated to Oxfam Italia to support their initiatives in helping refugees, including a project in Sicily where Oxfam assists unaccompanied minors, offers them education and helps them integrate in host communities.
