has named Grumpy Cat the No. 1 Pet Influencer of 2017, which is based on a score of scientific data.
To date, Grumpy Cat has roughly 2.3 million followers on Instagram, 8.7 million likes on Facebook (as well as 8.5 million followers), 1.31 million followers on Twitter and more than 250,000 subscribers on Youtube. Recent licensing deals for the celebrity feline include cat toys from PetSmart and comic books from Dynamite Entertainment. Grumpy Cat has also partnered with Paws Inc. for a host of co-branded licensing opportunities with Garfield.
Other popular pets topping the list include Boo, Doug the Pug, Jiff Pom and Lil Bub, among many others.
