Diamond Select Toys has expanded its Nickelodeon partnership with the release of a new of Minimates figures featuring SpongeBob SquarePants.

The collection of 2-inch mini-figures will include SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Grandpa Redbeard, Perch Perkins and Plankton, each with multiple points of articulation and interchangeable parts and accessories. 

The first assortment of SpongeBob SquarePants Minimates will launch this week at comic book shops, specialty stores and Toys 'R' Us.
