The winning design, which was created by Eli Lin, was a vest featuring bright colors to showcase “The Powerpuff Girls’ youth and vitality” as well as pants highlighting the show’s famous villains, including Mojo Jojo.

“The strength of ‘The Powerpuff Girls’ brand has never been stronger and RockCoco’s designs for the upcoming season look awesome. The trio of Bubbles, Blossom and Buttercup–created using Chemical X–have providing amazing inspiration for this competition and the winner should be commended on her use of Cartoon Network’s colorful world of characters.”
