American Greetings Properties and its licensing agent in Taiwan, Medialink, have announced a new crossover collection with the Rody brand, in a new partnership with Entertainment Machine Operator.

Rody, known for its line of inflatable rocking horses, will feature a full range of co-branded products over the next year including tote bags, cosmetic bags, desktop holders and stationery folders.

The line will be available initially at Rody stores throughout Taiwan before rolling out to other department and specialty stores.

“We are thrilled to be collaborating on this exciting limited-edition crossover collection with Care Bears and Rody,” says Carla Silva, vice president of global licensing, AGP. “Collaborations are becoming increasingly popular in the region, and we know this partnership will complement our growing program in Taiwan.”

Taiwan is a growing market for the Care Bears brand, with 10 new licensees added in the last few months for apparel, stationery, footwear, accessories and bags.
