Annoying Orange toys have debuted exclusively on Toys 'R' Us shelves nationwide, which the retailer will support with promotional efforts including a dedicated page on the website and QR codes in-store.

The line is the result of collaboration between The Collective and master toy partner The Bridge Direct. The deal was brokered by The Joester Loria Group, licensing agent for the Annoying Orange brand.

Toys include talking plush, figurines, clip-on’s and mini collectibles. A dedicated page on Toysrus.com features the toys along with the very first “The Annoying Orange” episode. All products will include a QR code on packaging that consumers can scan with their smart phone to unlock an exclusive, never-before-seen “The Annoying Orange” video.

“Toys 'R' Us and The Bridge have been excellent partners in collaborating on a toy line and viral and online promotions that will really resonate with the Annoying Orange fan base,” says Michael Green, chief executive officer and founder, The Collective. “The toy line and the support that Toys 'R' Us is putting behind it complements the other excitement that has been taking place around the brand including the debut of new product lines and a recent television deal with Cartoon Network.”

“We’re excited that Toys ‘R’ Us is the first retailer to bring the irreverence of Annoying Orange to life for kids and fans,” says Richard Barry, vice president and general merchandising manager, Toys 'R' Us. "Whether based on traditional entertainment like movies and television, or an Internet sensation, Toys 'R' Us is the first place to look when searching for toys based on today’s hottest properties."
