Aurora has expanded licensing in digital categories, such as app games, activity games and messaging stickers to make consumers engaged in the brand in multiple channels.
This month, Aurora announced the launch of new games “YooHoo & Friends: Fruit Festival” and in September, “YooHoo & Friends: Doctor.” Both are created by kids’ game developer, Devgame OU. In particular, “YooHoo & Friends: Doctor” has recorded more than 500,000 instalments on Google Play (as of Feb. 26) since its launch and has caught the popularity of users.
In addition, Aurora launched another new game, “YooHoo & Friends: Animal Rescue” in October 2020 in partnership with TapTapTales, a renowned kids’ game developer based in Spain as well. This educational game provides 20 different mini games with five levels of achievements, coupled with varieties of creative activities for kids to explore.
The fourth is “YooHoo & Friends Coloring Book.” This app was developed by Yea Studio, a Google Play Award winner, and is newly updated this spring with 52 animal characters featured in its latest TV animated series “YooHoo to the Rescue” since its launch in March 2019. It offers more chances to meet YooHoo characters with a variety of coloring sheets and patterns including interesting facts about each animal’s habitat.
These YooHoo Apps inspired by educational concepts to help animal friends in danger, are now available on the App Store and Google Play with more than 10 languages globally.
Meanwhile, YooHoo 3D and 2D animated messaging stickers introduced by Bare Tree Media are available for download on the Apple App Store, Google Play and LINE now. These stickers feature the cute and funny gestures of YooHoo and friends.
