The Victoria and Albert Museum has tapped two new licensees to create new products for the Japanese region.

First, Le Sportsac has signed on to create a range of bags highlight William Morris’ Daisy pattern from the V&A’s archive. The 39-piece collection will include bags such as a cross body, carry-on and smaller items, such as a cosmetic bag.

Meanwhile, Moda has launched a new line of quilting fabrics, which will feature 40 different patterns inspired by William Morris’ work. The new products will be manufactured in Japan and will be distributed domestically and internationally.

Additionally, the new deals come on the heels of V&A Enterprises appointing ZenWorks Co. and Brandog Co. to develop new licensing opportunities for the museum in Japan.
