The Smithsonian has announced a series of new deals that will add products ranging from drinkware to art kits to its growing collection of licensees.

The museum has extended its partnership with Tervis for a new range of insulated cups featuring 15 designs inspired by the Smithsonian’s collections including imagery of the Space Shuttle Discovery, iconic vintage advertisements like Rosie the Riveter, photos from Smithsonian Garden’s rare orchid collection and more.

Smithsonian has also announced a series of new licensing deals: Pickard China is developing museum-inspired giftware and fine china, The Mountain is planning a range of graphic tees that will draw from Smithsonian’s living and archival collections and Plaid will produce adult paint-by-number sets based on memorabilia from the National Air and Space Museum and needlework kits based on samplers from Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.

Initial products will roll out this fall with proceeds supporting Smithsonian’s ongoing research and preservation of its collections.
