Epic Rights, the full service, global branding and merchandising company representing KISS has a new t-shirt line with Major League Baseball and apparel licensee Liquid Blue, a licensee of Major League Baseball Properties.

The new collection of t-shirts, named Play Ball with KISS, will combine KISS’s rock ‘n’ roll style with the iconic logos of teams like the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers and the Boston Red Sox.

The first line of shirts called Dressed to Kill, in tribute to the band’s classic album of the same name, is available now. The second line, called Locker Plate, is inspired by the KISS song “Detroit Rock City,” and will be introduced later in the year.

“This is a major cross-promotion combining rock ‘n’ roll and baseball—two all-time American favorites—that will be a home run with sports and other specialty retailers,” says Lisa Streff, senior vice president, licensing, Epic Rights. “Play Ball with KISS t-shirts from Liquid Blue deliver an edgy and authentic graphic interpretation of these iconic rock band members dressed as MLB team players.”

Play Ball with KISS will be sold at all MLB team stores, stadium gift shops and sports retailers, plus mlb.com, liquidblue.com, as well as mass market and mid-tier department stores.
