Level Brands’ brand management unit will aim to expand and enhance the wedding planner’s lifestyle brand through product licensing and entertainment ventures.
Through the terms of the agreement, EE1 will be responsible for strategic advisory services, brand management, global product licensing and licensing-related entertainment ventures for Tutera.
“It is very exciting to welcome the extraordinary design, wedding, event, media and entertainment expert, David Tutera, to our expanding EE1 brand management portfolio,” says Martin Sumichrast, president and chief executive officer, Level Brands. “Our team looks forward to developing and managing licensing programs that will further expand their reach.”
The representation agreement also comes on the heels of
Level Brands’ plans to go public, as well as its recent
appointment to represent the Damiva brand.
