Several shows will feature exclusive first looks, including Mentos from
, which has regular drops in fast fashion retailers. Mentos will spotlight a collaboration with the internationally renowned artist, Philip Colbert – the Mentos x The Lobstars collection – which will be presented for the first time. The collection is inspired by the mint brand’s vibe and a collection of unique Lobster Portrait NFTs that were recently released by the artist on Decentraland, covering 57 parcels. The collection is aimed at young women and consists of eight bold outfits.

The catwalk is brought to BLE this year as part of the event’s Fashion theme. In addition to the catwalk shows, attendees can also enjoy an Opening Keynote with Richard Dickson, president and chief operating officer, Mattel, on “Barbie x Fashion” on Sept. 20 at 1 p.m. in the License Global Theater. Fashion displays will also be available throughout the event to showcase additional partnerships and collaborations, and the show entrances will each be taken over by Mattel, Paramount, SEGA, CAA-GBG and Products of Change to immerse visitors as soon as they arrive at the event.
