The World of Eric Carle has inked new deals in honor of Very Hungry Caterpillar Day on March 20. The deals were brokered by The Joester Loria Group, who worked as the brand’s worldwide licensing agent. The deals are supported by a targeted marketing campaign from Brilliant PR & Marketing.
Target has climbed on board as the exclusive retail destination for seven new magna-tile story sets by CreateOn, which were vetted by early educators and feature images and storylines from “The Very Busy Spider,” “Brown Bear What Do You See?” and “The Very Hungry Caterpillar.” The CreateOn website will offer companion lesson plans with the toys, allowing parents and teachers to elaborate on the STEAM skills tied to each story. In addition, a new Eric Carle Let’s Count soft book for babies will be available in the spring.
