Ulta Beauty Promotes Four New Execs

As part of a strategic restructuring the beauty retailer has promoted four current members of the executive team to new positions.

Cosmetics retailer Ulta Beauty has promoted Kecia Steelman, Monica Arnaudo, Shelley Haus and Prama Bhatt to executive positions within the company.

The deal comes as part of a strategic reshuffling within the executive team that is part of an overall long-term growth plan. Ulta’s promotions are highlighted by moves for:

  • Steelman to serve in an expanded role, taking on responsibility for Ulta international growth, as Chief Store Operations Officer & President, International;

    • Arnaudo to serve as Chief Merchandising Officer who will lead merchandising and assortment strategy;

      • Haus to Chief Marketing Officer where she will lead all brand building and consumer initiatives; and

        • Bhatt to Chief Digital Officer where they will oversee digital, including digital innovation, and e-commerce.

          The reshuffle also sees Dave Kimbell continue to serve as president of Ulta Beauty overseeing merchandising, marketing, digital functions and the corporate strategy team.
