Frisk, a brand from confectionery creator Perfetti Van Melle, is sold in Japan as a breath mint with a distinct design. The brand has been successfully licensed to Doshisha, based in Osaka, which develops and sells daily life-related products. Doshisha launched the world’s first cooling body lotion and cooling shirt spray using the Frisk logo last year.

The fresh range of cosmetics and goods series marks its sixth year this year and will soon be sold with a new original label, Frisk Fresh Touch.

There are 11 types of products in the collection, including cool body lotion, shirt sprays, cooling sprays, body sheets and recently launched mask sprays, all with a Frisk-inspired scent.

“It is a joy to work with a partner like Doshisha, that has a deep understanding of our Frisk brand and of the habits and new personal care needs of young Japanese consumers,” says Christine Cool, area licensing manager, Perfetti Van Melle.
