The Spencer Company has already identified and shut down a large-scale counterfeit ring for the fragrance brand.

GLOBAL–Jivago Brands has partnered with The Spencer Company for a global protection agreement that will identify counterfeit merchandise and unauthorized distributors.

Through the agreement, The Spencer Company will work to identify unauthorized use of the Jivago mark and the Jivago copyrighted product photography using its trade secret methods. In addition, the global brand protection partnership has already identified and shut down large-scale counterfeit rings offering retailers and end-users products bearing false Jivago marks.

Jivago Brands is known for developing fragrances, timepieces and collections of licensed products.
