Barneys New York and The Walt Disney Company have launched their 2012 holiday project, Electric Holiday, at the Barneys New York Madison Avenue flagship store.

The program includes special holiday window displays and a line of limited edition products.

The Electric Holiday window displays now featured at the Madison Avenue location, showcase a moving art video starring Minnie Mouse on a fun, fabulous fashion adventure in Paris. The video features an array of notable fashion personalities and Disney characters dressed in a one-of-a-kind exclusive looks created by some of the most influential fashion designers in the world. The moving art video will screen for the next six weeks in the Madison Avenue windows, as well as in other Barneys flagship stores across the country.

Barneys New York and Disney also worked together to create a range of exclusive limited edition holiday gift items, available now at the company’s Beverly Hills and Madison Avenue stores and online.

The product assortment includes Disney Vinylmation figures designed by Paul Smith and Diane von Furstenberg, Mickey Mouse ears designed by Rag & Bone and L’Wren Scott, as well as holiday ornaments, edible sweets and toys for children.

Twenty-five percent of sales from the Electric Holiday product collection will be donated to the American Red Cross.
