DeLorean Motor Company, in partnership with licensing agency Brand & Blend, have launched a NFT collection commemorating the 40th anniversary of the DeLorean.

The collection, designed by artist Madsteez, pairs 3D art with one-of-a-kind physical items and experiences including a fully restored original DMC-12, a DeLorean edition super-73 electric bike and a spot amongst the DeLorean waitlist. The collection tells the history of the car via animated 3D NFTs, highlighting notable years with accompanying one-of-a-kind physical items.

“We’ve always been committed to finding both traditional licensing and innovative co-ventures for clients, and NFTs provided the perfect way to not only tell a brand story with wide earned media coverage, but also generate meaningful revenue on a long-term basis,” says Maria Alcaide, partner, Brand & Blend.

“DeLorean enthusiasts are always seeking new ways to connect with the brand, and we are excited to be collaborating with a first-class team to bring this collection of digital collectibles to them,” says Sarah Benson, partner, Brand & Blend.

The DeLorean 40th Anniversary NFT Collection can be viewed at DeLorean40NFT.com. The three special edition auctions are open now and will conclude on Monday, June 28 at 8pm EST.
