“Clean” perfume brand Floral Street and The Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam have teamed up for a fragrance, called Sunflower Pop, inspired by the artist’s painting, ‘Sunflowers, 1889.’

“The idea was to capture the South of France, while somehow painting the passage of the day,” says Jerôme Epinette, perfumer, Robertet, which manufacturers Floral Street. “I started with an impactful top where a burst of morning sun comes alive in the citrus and fruits, while the heart brings the heat of the afternoon with a rich and colorful floralcy.”

The Sunflower Pop fragrance will be available starting Aug. 1 on floralstreet.com, The Van Gogh Museum and retailers worldwide.
