Among the new products that will be on sale this year are:
· Geoworld (August 2015): Approved by Museum paleontologists, Geoworld will make excavation kits, dinosaur skeleton models and collectible blind bag dinosaurs. Wow Stuff will distribute the range.
· Fashion U.K. (autumn/winter 2015): Fashion U.K. will produce boys, girls and unisex apparel ranges and accessories including socks and footwear that feature dinosaurs, insects and other popular subjects from the museum’s collections and galleries.
· The Lagoon Group (September): A range of museum-inspired dinosaur puzzles, games and trivia including sliding tile puzzles, dinosaur snap, dinosaur dominoes, playing cards and memory games.
· GSC (October): GSC will create dinosaur dress-up for kids, including T. Rex and triceratops costumes, plus an adult onesie, all of which have involved Museumscientists during production.
“We’re delighted to announce these new partnerships, which will see more Museum branded products in the market than ever before,” says Zuzi Wojciechowska, licensing manager, Natural History Museum. “All of our licensed products are assessed for accuracy by our scientists here at the Museum. We hope they inspire kids and adults to learn more about the natural world and our place within it.”
