Famed Japanese calligraphist Juichi Yoshikawa has joined forces with Intermestic’s eyewear label Zoff for a major adverting campaign in Japan.

Sony Creative Products, Yoshikawa’s global agent, brokered the deal.

The new campaign, dubbed Eye Am a Hero!, includes three commercials and attempts to encourage consumers to feel empowered, motivated and transformed through their optical frames.

The campaign began airing in February to coincide with the launch of Zoff’s spring collection.
