The series is produced by OuiDO! Productions ("Alvinnn!!! and the Chipmunks," " Sonic Boom") and is developed in partnership with Dacher Keltner, a professor of psychology at the University of California, director of the Greater Good Science Centre and author of the best-selling books

Targeted to upper preschoolers, "Smiley Kids" will explore emotions, early stage development and emotional intelligence in a comedy-adventure format.
Smiley is also already developing a complete range of products to complement the TV series release in discussion with a range of licensees.
