Gifting company Paper Island has teamed up with Hemingway Designs for a new collection featuring the John Hinde archive, which will launch this week at Brand Licensing Europe.
Hinde was a renowned photographer who pioneered the use of color photography during the ‘60s and ‘70s. In 1956, he founded The John Hinde Studio, which went on to become the world’s most successful postcard company with annual sales of more than 50 million postcards. Common themes in Hinde’s work include images of London, rural Ireland and some of Britain’s best-loved seaside holiday destinations.
