

Following the launch of My Cat Pip as a children’s publishing brand in the U.K. with four books earlier this year, new titles are on the way, including sticker activity books and doodle books.
The success of the books have taken the brand, which began with greeting cards, in a new direction–preschool.
“The preschool market is becoming a dominant force in planning for My Cat Pip licensing and branding. You just can’t argue with an army of children–or their mums,” says Janet Woodward, joint managing director, JELC.
The publishing and cards categories have been joined by plush from Aurora, a stationery deal in Russia/CIS with Kanz-Eksmo and a forthcoming app from Daredevil.
