Hummel Gets New Owner, Licensing Agent

M.E. Zukerman & Co. has strong ties with M.I. Hummel that began with the 1992 acquisition of ARS AG, a Swiss art licensing company. ARS AG has been reproducing two-dimensional M.I. Hummel artwork since 1933 through an arrangement with the Convent of Siessen. Then in 2014, M.E. Zukerman's Newboden Brands became the North American distributor for Hummel.

Looking Good Licensing will also now represent the Hummel brand for merchandising.
