Firefly Brand Management has appointed Pinup Girl Clothing to create an apparel range for the Mary Blair brand. The artist is best known for her work with Walt Disney Studios from the 1940s to 1960s.
Pinup Girl Clothing will create a Magic of Mary Blair collection of 1950s and '60s-style dresses and skirts that showcase Mary Blair illustrations. Sourced through its Pinup Couture manufacturing brand, the line will include 12 dresses and eights skirts and be available on the Pinup website and flagship store in Los Anglese, Calif.
