"We are thrilled to work with Retail Monster–their best-in-class retail and licensing relationships are what the emoji company was looking for to evolve the Emoji brand at retail and continue to establish the brand as an evergreen, universal lifestyle brand," says Marco Hüsges, chief executive officer and founder, the Emoji Company. "Retail Monster's ability to give a brand all-hands-on-deck focus will surely drive opportunities across retail."
Elsewhere, The Emoji Company has participated in the Happy Art Parade, an initiative created by event producer Toptrends and costume licensee Sula, which took place in Brazil this fall. Lotus Marketing Group brokered the deal.
The event featured 60 3-D sculptures of Emoji icons against the work of several local artists. The art pieces were on public display across the city through Oct. 10 before being moved and sold at a charity event at Loja Artefacto B&C Brasil gallery.
