International design house Turnowsky has partnered with Quilting Treasures, a division of Cranston Printworks, for fabrics featuring its designs.

The Brand Liaison, Turnowsky’s licensing agent, and MHS Licensing, Quilting Treasures’ agent, brokered the deal.

The partnership will include multiple collections, each comprised of a series of fabrics with complementary prints and patterns.

“The over-the-counter fabric market is a very important category in our global licensing vision,” says Guy Braun, marketing director, Turnowsky. “Cranston is the leader in this category so our decision to select their Quilting Treasures division was easy. At Turnowsky, we look to do everything the best, and Quilting Treasures is the best!”

For more than 70 years, Turnowsky has been known for its paper products, designs and original gifts including greeting cards, postcards, calendars and stationery. Previously, the company’s designs have only been available through select licensees and distributors, including American Greetings and Papyrus, until the Brand Liaison took on the design brand for licensing last November.

“Turnowsky is a world famous name in leading-edge design, producing a seemingly endless stream of unique art and creativity,” says Ken Gamache, president, Quilting Treasures. “We are honored to have the opportunity to bring this art to the public through our fabric collections.”
