New partners include Lang, QT Fabrics, Prima, Sykel’s Fabrique for fabric and Eccolo for stationery and gifts, which included an exclusive release at Staples. Conimar Group will also unveil kitchen and homewares, such as a cutting board, serving tray, place settings and more featuring Barbarian prints.

“Over the past 17 years, Eccolo has made a name for itself with on-trend, excellent quality gift and stationery products,” says Ralph Shamah, vice president, Eccolo. “Our expertise in writing and journaling formats has brought us to an exciting collaboration with Barbarian. This collaboration will bring together one of the brightest up-and-coming designers in Barbra Ignatiev with a proven gift manufacturer in Eccolo. The match is perfect.”

In a separate slate of deals, The Brand Liaison is extending its The Happy News by Emily Coxhead brand to U.S. retailers and manufacturers.

Planned items include stationery, greeting cards, school supplies, mugs, home decor, jewelry, bags, totes and more. The Happy News was created by artist Emily Coxhead and features positive messages and hand-drawn illustrations that grew out of a quarterly newspaper focused on the good happening in the world.
