Carte Blanche Group has appointed Biplano to represent its classic Me to You property, and the brand's signature character, Tatty Teddy, in France.

Biplano will manage the licensing, promotional and merchandising rights for the property and will officially launch its representation of the brand at the Kazachok Licensing Forum in Paris, France, April 8-9.
