Following the acquisition of RDF by Zodiak Entertainment, the new entity has rebranded as Zodiak Media Group.

As part of the rebranding, RDF USA has merged with Zodiak Entertainment U.S. to become Zodiak USA. Meanwhile, the former rights divisions of RDF and Zodiak are merging to become Zodiak Rights, with operations continuing in London and Paris. Grant Mansfield has been named chief executive officer of Zodiak USA and Matthew Frank as chief executive officer of Zodiak Rights.

"The rebranding of the group and the move to a new divisional structure based on the Zodiak name will enable us to operate more effectively as a group and leverage greater value from the scale of our combined businesses and our geographical spread," says David Frank, chief executive officer of Zodiak Media Group. "A strong Zodiak brand will assist our local companies. We want to think globally and deliver locally."

In addition, Zodiak Media Group will be discontinuing the group brands that previously made up the group in favor of Zodiak-designated regional and operational divisions, including RDF Media Group, Marathon Group, Magnolia Group and Zodiak Television Group. However, the company will retain Marathon, Magnolia, RDF Television and others as local and international production companies.
