TIA Renews Search for Home Base; Conley Resigns It?s been a busy week for the Toy Industry Association. The association revokedits decision to make Manhattan?s 100 Church Street the new home of the toyindustry. A new location for the 2006 American International Fall Toy Show isexpected by December 15, 2005. A search for a new president also is underwayafter Tom Conley resigned for personal reasons. Conley will stay on until March1, 2006, to guide the association through Toy Fair and the transition to thenew leadership. TLC Extends Expertise to Food and Beverage Business The Licensing Company created a new worldwide Food & Beverage Divisionwithin its consumer brand extension business in response to the risingvisibility of branded foods within the licensing industry.
