Warner Bros. Consumer Products is partnering with Taubman Centers, Inc., onLooney Tunes-themed children's play areas within Taubman shopping centersaround the country. The first will debut at Northlake Mall, a soon-to-openenclosed regional shopping center in Charlotte, NC. The concept also will beexpanded to new Taubman shopping centers nationwide, as well as retrofitted toselect existing malls with variations on the Looney Tunes theme.

Road Tour Planned for Inuyasha
Inuyasha The Movie 3: Swords of an Honorable Ruler will take to the road,stopping at one Wal-Mart in each of 15 cities as part of a world premieremobile theater tour. In a joint effort with VIZ Media, Revolution Marketing hasdeveloped a 92-seat, state-of-the-art, mobile movie theater that will make itsfirst stop in Seattle, WA, August 24 and visit other cities such as LosAngeles, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, and Atlanta. In addition to afull-screen viewing of the new title, fans also will receive limited-editionInuyasha merchandise. The movie will come to the small screen via DVD September6.

A Monster of a Deal
Endgame Entertainment, an equity production fund, and Brandissimo! Inc., afamily entertainment production company, created Meteor the Monster TruckCompany, LLC. First project out of the gate is Meteor the Monster Truck, acomputer-animated cartoon property for preschoolers that will be available onDVD in November 2005. Twenty-six episodes of Meteor the Monster Truck alreadyare in production. A feature film and additional products, including toys andcomputer games, are in development.

Most Management Signs Stoopid Monkey Deal
Stoopid Monkey LLC named Most Management LLC licensing agent for the company'smonkey mascot. Stoopid Monkey is a partnership of Seth Green and MatthewSenreich, the creative minds behind Robot Chicken on Cartoon Network's adultswim programming block. A different Stoopid Monkey image appears at the end ofevery Robot Chicken episode. With more than 1 million viewers, Robot Chicken isa top performer in the 18-to-34 age demographic.

Jay Jay the Jet Plane is getting his own nationwide fan club, thanks to a newinteractive Website. AK Comics Sets Down U.S. Roots
AK Comics opened an office in Los Angeles as the Middle East-based comic bookand multimedia entertainment company begins to focus on the U.S. market for itsline of Middle East-themed superhero comic books, animated series, andlicensing program for its brands. The first titles will be released firstquarter 2006. Taking the reins of the company are Jordan Udko as vice presidentof business development and Managing Editor Marwan Nashar, who is headquarteredin Cairo and will maintain an office at the U.S. headquarters.
