In celebration of DC Comics super heroes' 75th anniversary, Warner Bros. Consumer Products has teamed up with Colette for an exclusive line of merchandise. Meanwhile, WBCP has announced the promotion of Pilar Zulueta to executive vice president and general manager for EMEA.

The merchandise range, available now, includes T-shirts, scarves, bags, shoes, sunglasses, gloves and jewelry designed by top French designers such as Karl Lagerfeld, Sonia Rykiel, Balmain, Lanvin, Repetto and others. The line features Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Green Lantern. Licensees include My Face (apparel), New Era (caps) and Superga (shoes).

"In this landmark anniversary year for DC Comics, we've enlisted the very best names in fashion for a very special collection inspired by our iconic brands," says Zulueta. "Colette is known as an epicenter of fashion, not only in Paris but around the world, and we couldn't think of a better venue to house this once-in-a-lifetime offering of clothing and accessories"

Meanwhile, Zulueta was promoted to executive vice president and general manager for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Zulueta will continue to report to Jordan Sollitto, executive vice president of international licensing, WBCP, and hold responsibility for the management of licensing and retail business development activities. Zulueta oversees regional sales and marketing initiatives related to key consumer products categories including, toys, apparel and accessories, housewares, promotions and publishing, among others for global entertainment brands such as Looney Tunes, Harry Potter, Scooby-Doo, and the DC Comics super heroes.

"Pilar has been instrumental in helping to lead our continued expansion and success in this key region with her strong leadership and expertise in the world of entertainment licensing," says Sollitto. "Taking on this more senior position allows her to play an even larger role in shaping the future of our business."
