Warner Bros. Consumer Products has green lit Wizardofozkids.com, an interactive online destination for kids ages 2 to 11, featuring games, activities and downloads.
The website was developed in association with KidsWB.com. Wizard of Oz products and merchandise will also be available via WBshop.com.
In support of the launch, WBCP has teamed up with The Parenting Group for a national online sweepstakes and photo contest at Parenting.com/wizardofoz. Fans are encouraged to upload photos of themselves dressed up as iconic Oz characters. Daily winners, during a six-week period, will be awarded a 48-piece role play dress-up trunk from Rubie's Costume. The grand prize winner will be awarded an all-expense-paid trip for a family of four to Hollywood, Calif., a Warner Bros. VIP studio tour, a professional family photo shoot, a private screening of The Wizard of Oz in 4-D and Oz merchandise.
