Catalina, the official swimwear sponsor of the 2013 Miss America Competition, will create a Miss America by Catalina line of swimwear, available exclusively at Walmart. Catalina is a division of In Mocean Group.

The swimwear line will make its debut Jan. 12, 2013 on all 53 contestants during the annual Miss America Competition.

In addition to the designs featured on the Miss America telecast, the key styles in the Miss America by Catalina collection for Walmart will feature a wide range of silhouettes.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Catalina as our 2013 official swimwear sponsor and product partner,” says Cory M. Baker, managing director, Miss America Properties. “In Mocean and Catalina are leaders in swim fashion and we are proud to have our contestants introduce the new Miss America by Catalina collection live on ABC during the telecast that will later be available at retail.”

Catalina was the original sponsor of the Miss America competition in the 1940s and plans to return to its roots with retro-inspired designs for its new Miss America line.
