

Shopycat uses social data to recommend items from Walmart.com, Walmart stores and other sites including RedEnvelope, Barnes & Noble and ThinkGeek to Facebook users based on preferences expressed by their friends and family on the website.
For people who are not active on Facebook with their likes and interests, Shopycat will recommend gift cards from Walmart.com as well as iTunes, Starbucks and Zynga.
The app also directs users to Walmart.com so that they may purchase the recommended items.
