Restaurant chain IHOP and paint brand Rust-Oleum will have new product lines out later this year through deals handled by licensing agent The Valen Group.

For IHOP, Boley International is on board to produce play food sets, which will roll out to retailers in October. The sets will feature IHOP's iconic breakfast items such as Funny Face pancakes and a copper coffee pot. In addition, Lotta Luv will launch four IHOP-flavored lip balms at retailers this June. The products will initially be sold at mid-tier department and specialty stores. Valen is exploring brand extension opportunities for IHOP in convenience-oriented breakfast products sold at grocery stores, as well as candy, apparel and kitchen appliances.

Meanwhile, Supreme was signed to design apparel and accessories for paint brand Rust-Oleum. The line will include T-shirts, sweatshirts and caps to be sold this September at the brand's seven stores in New York, Los Angeles and Japan.
