Under the agreement, ESMO International becomes the exclusive manager and authorized supplier of the U.S. Polo Assn. brand in Mexico. The company will produce U.S. Polo Assn. branded apparel and accessories for the Mexican market and will establish U.S. Polo Assn. mono-brand stores in key cities within Mexico and partner with select retailers to make the brand accessible to the Mexican shopper.

ESMO International has served as the official licensee of the U.S. Polo Assn. brand in South America and the Caribbean for more than 10 years, and has opened 19 U.S. Polo Assn. stores throughout this region.
