The U.K. licensing industry's fifth annual awards ceremony recently took place in front of an audience of more than 1,000 guests. The Licensing Awards celebrate the industry's achievements on all levels, rewarding innovation and excellence in product development, the retail treatment of licensed product and licensed property programs that span the world of entertainment, brands and sport.

New this year, was the Best Licensed Marketing Communications Award.

Bespoke animations, competitions and updates on the industry's charity The Light Fund were followed by the awards ceremony, hosted by British comedian Chris Addison.
